Rhonda Moore joined the Public Policy Forum as a policy lead, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience in science and research communications, and policy analysis and research in the areas of higher education, innovation and science policy. Rhonda has held positions with the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada (now Universities Canada), the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council and the University of Ottawa.
Since joining the PPF, Rhonda has worked in an increasingly diverse number of policy areas, including but not limited to science and innovation policy, energy and regulatory policy, and literacy and essential skills. During this time, she has become increasingly interested in promoting civic engagement amongst young Canadians and methods of community and policy engagement.
Rhonda has a bachelor’s of public relations from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and a Masters in Science, Technology and Innovation Studies (with distinction) from the University of Edinburgh.
Rhonda joined the PPF in May 2015.
