About | Major Initiatives | Change inc.
One of Canada’s greatest assets is our young people – they are major stakeholders in society and have a role in planning, decision-making and managing our communities.
Our complex social, environmental, economic and cultural challenges can’t be solved by established leaders and traditional approaches alone. Canada needs new models and approaches, multi-sectoral partnerships, and importantly, decision-makers need to engage emerging generations. Canada has to create an inclusive civic climate such that Canada’s young people and established leaders are co-creating equitable, relevant and sustainable solutions for our future.
Our Youth Engagement Initiative develops and curates opportunities for young people to engage in meaningful dialogue with current decision-makers.
Our Mission:
To engage young people and established leaders in a collaborative effort to address Canada’s pressing challenges in order to realize equitable, relevant and sustainable solutions.
Our Vision:
To see a vibrant civic environment where young people and decision-makers are co-planning and co-creating Canada’s future.
Major Initiatives:
See some of our youth-oriented projects.
