The Public's Voice: Outcomes Report on the British Columbia Regional Citizens' Forum on Clean Air


A Citizens’ Forum is an innovative approach to involving citizens in the development of public policy. It is both citizen centred and learning oriented. This report describes the deliberative methodology used and presents an analysis of the qualitative and quantitative results of citizens deliberations at the British Columbia Regional Citizens’ Forum on Clean Air, which took place on June 2 and 3, 2001 at the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue in Vancouver, British Columbia.
