Leveling the Path: Perspectives on Labour Management Relations in the Federal Public Service


The intent of the study is to offer solutions for federal legislative change that are best suited to balance the needs of labour and management in an environment of unprecedented change, and to allow for the positive and effective dialogue that is required to achieve these solutions. In addition, the study will examine how these frameworks and practices have helped to facilitate complex change processes through effective labour relations practices in the context of their respective legislative environment.
