#FutureofForestry: Sustainable Solutions

Canada’s Public Policy Forum convened #FutureofForestry: Sustainable Solutions workshop and discussion. It was our objective to engage leaders from different sectors to discuss accountability and transparency, as well as how the Canadian forest products industry is a world leader in environmental credentials.

With increasing globalization, accelerating technology and a complicated forest landscape, now is a good time to reflect on how governments, industry and environmental stakeholders can better collaborate. It’s our objective that this report will help meet those challenges by focusing on opportunities to be more responsive, flexible, and creative in creating cross-sector partnerships.
