Biography
Winnie joined the research team at the Public Policy Forum upon completion of an MA in Immigration and Settlement Studies at Ryerson University, where she pursued her interests in transnationalism, multiculturalism, and integration while working as a research assistant for the CAW-Sam Gindin Chair in Social Justice and Democracy. Before moving to Ontario, Winnie obtained a BA in Political Science as well as a Post-Baccalaureate diploma in Social Policy Issues from Simon Fraser University and gained experience abroad through work and volunteer opportunities in Latin America.
