Biography

Mary-Rose joined the Public Policy Forum in October 2009 as Special Assistant to the President and CEO. Mary-Rose holds a Masters of International Public Policy at the Balsillie School of International Affairs at Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University. During her graduate studies, Mary-Rose held a Balsillie Fellowship at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, which is awarded to students of the Balsillie School. Mary-Rose has worked as assistant to a Member of Parliament, and has also had the opportunity to work in the Ontario legislature as a summer intern. Her research interests include environmental policy, economic competitiveness, and Canada's role in multilateral institutions.
