Margaret Norrie McCain, former Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick, is a passionate advocate for early childhood education. As part of the Forum's 2013 Lecture Series, Ms. McCain sppoke about why investing in quality pre-school education is crucial for Canada's long-term economic and social health. The lecture included a conversation with the audience.
