“The Atlantic Dinner & Awards are a testament to Atlantic Canadians’ inspirational work in improving government, business and civil society in our country,” said Larry Murray, Chair of the Forum’s Board of Directors. “This new tradition will pay tribute to the leaders of an increasingly influential region, recognizing the difference they are making in the lives of all Canadians.”

“We are delighted to celebrate the extraordinary contributions these three individuals have made to their communities and our country,” said David Mitchell, the Forum’s President and CEO. “Their leadership, hard work and vision have had an immeasurable impact on public policy, business and education in the Atlantic region—an impact that resonates right across Canada.”

The Forum recognizes leaders who have helped advance public policy and good governance in Canada at our Testimonial Dinner & Awards, Western Dinner, and Gordon Osbaldeston Lecture. The new Atlantic Dinner & Awards builds on this tradition.
