André Picard, Public Health Reporter, The Globe and Mail, and the 2011 recipient of the Public Policy Forum's Hyman Solomon Award for Excellence in Public Policy Journalism, took a provocative look at Canada's health care system in a lecture entitled Medicare: Can It Survive 25 More Years?
