The Peter Lougheed Awards for Leadership in Public Policy are presented at the Forum's new Western Dinner, which will be convened at different cities annually in the West. This award is presented to Western Canadians who have contributed significantly to public policy on a regional basis with national impact. It recognizes policy leadership from a Western Canadian perspective.

The Third Annual Public Policy Forum Western Dinner will be held in Calgary on September 26th, 2012 at The Telus Centre. The dinner will feature the presentation of the Peter Lougheed Award for Leadership in Public Policy awarded in recognition of exceptional Western Canadian public policy leadership with a national impact.
